Adding a new certificate lab
When you would like to create a new “Certificate Lab”. A stone that has a certificate from a trusted lab, Ex: GIA,
1. Go to Accounts menu > Certificate Labs
2. Click on “New” button
3. Fill in the needed fields
Group: Choose Laboratory
Name: The name of the laboratory you want to add.
Mark as Certificate: Mark it with a check mark if you want the stones with this lab name marked as "with certificate".
Lab Screen: Choose which lab screen will open when you add this lab to a stone (in the case the added lab isn't on the list choose the lab with the closest definitions to the new lab you want).
Cert Doc Lab: Only for customers that work with the "send stones to laboratory" and "dispute" module.
Currency: Choose which currency will be used for charges from this lab.
Country: Where is the lab location.
Remarks: This field will be seen only here.
Document Insurance: If there is insurance for this lab's documents insert the amount here.
Order: In the labs drop list when you add a parcel.
Phone 1,2: Lab's phone number.
Name: Lab's contact name.
Printable Address: Lab's full address.
4. When you have filled in all the details press “OK”.
Option 1: If this is a new stone you can add a new certificate from the purchase document
You need to fill in all of the fields. After the parcel name, the field weight, lab name, and certificate number.
Later when you press on the “tab” button, it will ask you if you want to upload the certificate information from the lab website.
Option 2: When you already have a stone, but it is missing the certificate. You go to the main stock list, choose the stone line, right click on it, then choose “Get certificate from website”. Now it will open a new window where you type in the certificate details. You start with the certificate number and then go to the weight, and then there are two fields of the lab, one is the lab itself, and the second is for the lab window.
Then press the “Submit” button.
If there is a certificate with these certificate details it will open a certificate window and you need to press on the “Ok/Save” button.
