Open "Memo-Out" List/Report
Introduction
To send a Memo-Out (temporary delivery to a customer) or Memo-In report.
Please note that you must have Outlook to send the report.
To View Memo-Out List
Step 1: Go to Documents Menu then select “Memo Out List”
Step 2: Click on the “Query” button (Located at the bottom)
Step 3: Fill the Account (customer) name and check off the “Show Closed Memo” box
Step 4: Click on the “OK” button.
Send Memo-In/Out Report
To send a Memo-In or Memo-Out report; both sub reports are found under the Reports Menu.
You can choose the “Email” button after you choose the account name that you want to produce the memo report for.
If you don’t want to choose a specific account, you can choose “Preview” to view the report.
